Receta Breakfast Cheese Strata

Ingredientes
- 8 slices white bread
- 4 (1 ounce.) slices American cheese
- 4 slices boiled ham
- 5 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg
- 4 teaspoon jelly
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch square glass baking dish with butter. Make 4 sandwiches with bread and cheese and ham. Place in baking dish.
- Beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and vanilla. Pour over sandwiches. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Let stand 5 min. Set baking dish in a pan filled with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min or possibly till custard is set and lightly brown. Garnish each sandwich with 1 tsp. jelly.
