Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. water
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon rind
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, water, vanilla or possibly lemon rind. Pour liquid into dry ingredients. Lightly stir. Leave small lumps. Grease griddle till water dances on it. Fry till golden. Cook till tender: 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar
- Place a spoonful in center of crepe and roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with bacon or possibly sausage and Large eggs.
