Ingredientes
- 1 pound browned sausage, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 beaten Large eggs
- 1 jar homestyle bacon pcs (or possibly 1 pound bacon, fried, crumbled)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Arrange rolls on ungreased pizza pan. Connect empty spaces. Layer sausage, potatoes, bacon pcs and cheese on top of dough. Beat Large eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour this mix over other layer. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 min. Serves 8 to 10. Parmesan cheese can be sprinkled on top before baking if you like.
