Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Grnd turkey
- 1/2 tsp Dry sage
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

- 1. In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Shape into 8 equal 1/4" thick patties.
- 2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add in the patties; cook 10 min, turning once, till browned on both sides.
