Ingredientes
- 2 carrots, sliced thin and diagonally
- 1/2 head broccoli, minced thin
- 1 onion, sliced and halved
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, halved and sliced
- Optional: bean sprouts, pea pods, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts
- 1/2 to 1 pound round steak, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- Chop vegetables. Slice meat. Mix together sauce ingredients. Put 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or possibly vegetable oil in wok or possibly skillet on high. Add in meat. Stir for 2 min. Add in carrots, broccoli, and bell pepper. Stir another 2 min. Add in rest of vegetables and sauce. Stir for another 2 min or possibly till done to taste. Serve over rice.
