Receta Brie Fondue
Ingredientes
- 4-6 oz cheese
- 2-4 oz dried fruit
- Cheddar, Colby, Longhorn
- Gruyere, Edam, Gouda
- Provolone, Mozzarella
- Blue Cheese, Roquefort,
- Parmesan, Romano
- Cream, Neufchatel, Ricotta
- Brie, Camembert, Limburger
- Brie Fondue
- 1 pound Brie cheese
- outer crust removed and cubed
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 3 T flour
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/8 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 3 T brown sugar
- 1/8 t salt and pepper
- 2 T brandy
- 1-loaf Italian or French bread
- Cut into 1-inch cubes
- In a medium bowl,
