Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound fresh broccoli, cut up or possibly 2 pkg. frzn broccoli
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt or possibly 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded carrot
- 1 tbsp. diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. crumbled snack crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Direcciones
- Cook and drain broccoli and put in greased casserole. Mix together the flour, yogurt, carrot, onion, and salt and pepper. Pour mix over broccoli. Toss cracker crumbs with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over broccoli and sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 min.
