Receta Broccoli Carrot Supreme

Ingredientes
- 6 carrots
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn cut broccoli (cooked & liquid removed)
- 1/4 c. whip cream
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Scrape carrots and cut into thin slices. Saute/fry carrots and onion in butter in a large skillet 4 min, stir in wine and next 4 ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 min or possibly till carrots are tender. Throw away bay leaf. Stir in broccoli, whipping cream and pecans. Cook till thoroughly heated.
