Receta Baked Cheese Omelette

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Finely diced cooked ham, (about 1/4 lb.)
- 6 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt Few dashes liquid red pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Rubbed sage
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Tarragon, crushed
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Small curd cottage cheese
- 2 c. Grated Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Coat 4 (1-c.) bakers with butter, using 1 tsp. per dish. Saute/fry ham in remaining butter about 5 min. Place in baking dishes. Beat Large eggs with salt, pepper seasoning, sage, thyme, tarragon, flour and baking pwdr.
- Stir in cheeses. Spoon into baking dishes. Bake in 400 degree oven 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 15 min longer or possibly till puffed and golden brown.
- Makes 4 servings.
