Receta Potato and Carrot Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 cup potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup carrots, cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup apples, cubed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- dash of salt
Direcciones
- Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Drain and set a side.
- In a big bowl combine the cooked potatoes and carrots together with celery,apples, mayonnaise, sour cream and cheese. Mix together. Then dash it with salt.
- Refrigerate before serving
