Receta Broccoli Cashew Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. head broccoli
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 sm. red onion, minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. cashews
- 1 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
Direcciones
- Wash broccoli thoroughly, drain. Cut into bite-size flowerets. Fry bacon, don't allow to get crisp. Drain and tear into small pcs.
- Combine Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar, stirring till well blended. Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and raisins in large bowl. Toss with salad dressing. Refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight. Stir in cashews before serving. 6 to 8 servings.
