- 3 cups chopped broccoli
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Mild cheddar cheese, slightly less than a pound
- 1/8 t Nutmeg, optional
- Add liquids; 2 cups veggie broth, stir, then milk/heavy cream mixture
