Receta Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 box frzn broccoli, thawed
- 1/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. flour
- White pepper and salt to taste
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. finely minced onions
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine carrots, celery, and onions in saucepan and add in broth. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 15 min till vegetables are done.
- Combine lowfat milk, flour, and seasonings; stir into broth mix. Cook, stirring till thickened and bubbly. Add in broccoli and cheese; stir till cheese melts. Yield 4-6 servings.
