Receta Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fresh broccoli, diced
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. half and half
- 2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- Dash of cumin, curry and garlic salt
- 4 ounce. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 2 ounce. grated mild cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Heat butter, add in flour and spices and blend well (will be very thick). Add in cream cheese to flour mix very slowly and cook till smooth. Meanwhile add in broccoli to water and bouillon cubes and boil 6 min. Add in cream and cheese mix to boiling water with broccoli. As it continues to heat, it will thicken.
