  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 c. water
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 c. carrots, diced
  • 1 pound bag frzn broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese

Direcciones

  1. Combine bouillon cubes, water, celery, and onion. Cook for 20 min. Add in potatoes, carrots, and broccoli; cook till tender. Add in soup and cheese. Stir till melted and serve. Can be frzn. May substitute chicken bouillon cubes and water with 4 c. of homemade chicken broth.
