Receta Broccoli Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 2 to 3 slices ginger root
- 1/4 teaspoon warm pepper flakes
Direcciones
- Heat one portion of seasoned oil till warm, add in garlic, ginger and pepper flakes and cook till garlic and ginger are browned and then throw away. Toss in chicken strips and stir fry till done. Remove from pan.
- Heat 1 to 2 more portions of oil (depending on amount of vegetables), and add in garlic, ginger and pepper flakes. Cook till browned and then throw away. Add in vegetables in order of cooking time. Add in broccoli and stir fry till bright green, then onions, the pea pods and peppers and finally mushrooms. Stir fry till lightly cooked. Add in chicken broth, then cover for 1 to 2 min; vegetables must still be crisp. Uncover, then add in sauce ingredients. Cook till thickened. Stir in chicken which was set aside. Serve over cooked rice.
