Ingredientes
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 lrg onion minced
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 box frzn minced broccoli
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 stk butter
Direcciones
- Heat butter. Mix all above ingredients. Pour half of butter in greased 9 x 13 pan. Add in rest to batter. Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 min
