Ingredientes
- 1 bn broccoli
- 1 bn green onions -- minced
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced olives -- pimiento-stuffed
- 4 x hard-boiled Large eggs -- minced
- 2/3 c. coleslaw dressing
Direcciones
- Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks; was broccoli thoroughly. Cut flowerets from stems, and cut stems into 1 inch pcs.
- Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 min or possibly till crisp-tender; drain and cold.
- Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients; toss gently. Refrigerate2 hrs.
- Yield: 6 servings.
