Receta Broccoli Stuffing Bake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese (4 ounce)
- 4 x beaten Large eggs
- 3 c. herb-seasoned stuffing croutons
- 1 x (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced broccoli, thawed
Direcciones
- In a saucepan heat & stir together lowfat milk & cheese until blended, remove from heat. In a mixing bowl gradually stir warm mix into Large eggs. Add in stuffing croutons, broccoli, & 1/4 tsp. salt. Mix well. Turn mix into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 min. Garnish with more parsley if you like.
