  • 1 lrg head of broccoli florets cooked tender, cooled, separated
  • 1 lrg red apple unpeeled, minced
  • 1 stalk celery minced
  • 2 Tbsp. , red onion fine minced
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. dark or possibly light raisins
  • 1 c. crumbled soft style blue cheese mayonnaise to bind salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. These combinations create a delicious salad . I used some leftover blue cheese and the salad got raves- at least in my family!
  2. Combine all the ingredients and just add in sufficient mayonnaise to bind everything.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and refrigeratewell. Best appearance served the same day but delicious a day later too.
