Receta Broiled Scallops And Mushrooms Inlemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 T minced parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound sea scallops
- 8 ounce mushrooms, trimmed
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, oil, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add in the scallops and mushrooms and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour but no more than 3 hrs, turning occasionally. Heat broiler. Using a slotted spoon, transfer scallops and mushrooms to a lightly oiled broiler pan. Broil 5 inches from heat for 4 min. Turn, brush with marinade, and broil 4 min more or possibly till cooked through. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
