  1. I love the idea of the Shabbat menu so here is mine this week. I have 18 people Fri night and 6 for lunch so I will have sufficient left overs.
  2. for this amount of people I use 2 side of fresh Salmon
  3. Place fillets in lg baking dish and marinade a few hrs . Bake 15 to 25 mins at 180C,basting a few times. bake skin side down and dont turn fish. Holds well on warm tray.
