Receta Spam Fettuccine Primavera

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1Â 1/2 tsp dry basil leaves
- 12 ounce fettuccine
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cut julienne strips
- 1 pkt frzn broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
- Â Â combination - (16 ounce) cooked, liquid removed
- 2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In small saucepan, heat butter. Stir in flour. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in lowfat milk, chicken broth and basil. Bring to boil, stirring constantly till thickened; keep hot.
- In 5-qt saucepan, cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain and return to saucepan. Stir in Spam, vegetables, and sauce. Cook and stir over medium-high heat till thoroughly heated. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
