Receta Buffalo (Hot) Wings

Ingredientes
- 5 lbs. frzn wings
- 1 stick butter
- Louisiana warm sauce
- Vinegar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. warm sauce
- 2 T vinegar
Direcciones
- Thaw wings, season with salt and pepper. Fry for 10 to 15 min. Roll in hot sauce, single layer in baking pan. Heat in oven 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees till crisp or possibly you are ready to eat them.
- In medium size saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer slowly. Make additional sauce as needed. Any leftover sauce can be used for dipping wings. Garlic pwdr can be added to sauce, approximately 1 tbsp per batch. Experiment with hot sauce to find your own limit.
