Ingredientes
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 4 T butter
- 3/4 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. buttermilk
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt and soda. Cut butter and cheese into flour mix till it resembles coarse corn meal. Add in lowfat milk; mix well. Drop by heaping tbsp on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min.Makes 2 dozen.
