- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk

- Put together dry ingredients. Beat large eggs and add in buttermilk and lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients and mix well. Recipe can also be used for waffles.
