Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Canola oil
- 1 c. Light brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs (use equivalent egg Substitute)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Wheat germ
- 1/2 c. Powdered lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Broken walnut or possibly Pecan meats Yield: Makes 16 2"-squares

- A quick-and-easy one bowl recipe
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Using Microwave oven, heat shortening in the mixing bowl. Add in molasses, sugar, Large eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Sift in powdered lowfat milk, baking pwdr, and salt. Add in wheat germ and nut meats. Stir only sufficient to blend, about 20 strokes. Line pan with waxed paper, mitering corners. Spread dough in pan and bake 25-30 min at 350 F. Turn out of pan, remove wax paper immediately, and cut into bars or possibly squares while hot.
