- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch cayenne or about 1/8 teaspoon
- 1 stick butter or 1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
