Receta C.'S Restaurant Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 6 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 lg. can lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 12 slices bread, cut into strips
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Place 1/2 of bread strips in pan. Spread 1/2 raisins over bread. Cover with 1/2 above mix. Add in remaining bread in opposite direction. Add in remaining mix over this with raisins and coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
