  • 1 med Cabbage shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. ICBINB Spray
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 lb Egg noodles square shaped if possible

Direcciones

  1. Put the shredded cabbage into a bowl. Add in the salt and toss to distribute proportionately. Leave for 1 hr and squeeze to remove the liquid.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in cabbage and season with black pepper. Toss to distribute proportionately. Cover and cook over very low heat for 20 mins, or possibly till the cabbage is tender.
  3. Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and add in to cooked cabbage.
  4. Serve hot.
  5. My note: I added 1 Tbs of caraway seeds.
  6. NOTES : I like this dish as a main course or possibly even as a side dish.
