Receta Cabbage Noodles

Ingredientes
- 1 med Cabbage shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. ICBINB Spray
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 lb Egg noodles square shaped if possible
Direcciones
- Put the shredded cabbage into a bowl. Add in the salt and toss to distribute proportionately. Leave for 1 hr and squeeze to remove the liquid.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan, add in cabbage and season with black pepper. Toss to distribute proportionately. Cover and cook over very low heat for 20 mins, or possibly till the cabbage is tender.
- Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and add in to cooked cabbage.
- Serve hot.
- My note: I added 1 Tbs of caraway seeds.
- NOTES : I like this dish as a main course or possibly even as a side dish.
