Ingredientes
- 7 x Habaneros (insides removed)
- 3 x Cloves garlic
- 4 ounce Apple cider vinegar, or possibly more (sufficient to fill 5-ounce bottle when mixed with other ingredients)
- 1/2 sm Lime, juice of
- 3 x Mercot sections
- 1/8 tsp Salt

- Puree everything and pour it into an old sauce bottle. I suspect which this will keep indefinitely w/o refrigeration since it has so much vinegar in it-if you know differently, let me know. (However, my bottle is already half gone so this may not be a problem.)

- Ahh, sorry. It's a kind of citrus, I think a variety of tangerine. Very sweet and an excellent flavor.
