Ingredientes

5 lb chuck roast
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom or possibly chicken (family size)
1 pkt Lipton garlic herb mix Pam spray Crockpot

Direcciones

For easy clean up-spray with Pam.
Place chuck roast in crockpot. Mix together very well the garlic herb mix and cream of chicken. Spread the mix over both sides of roast.
Cook on high for about 8 hrs or possibly till tender. Depending on the meat, it may not take as long. Test for seasoning. Season with salt/pepper as desired. Other cuts of roast may be used. Serve with English peas and creamed potatoes or possibly with rice and green bean casserole.
It can be put on when you leave for work on low, it will be ready when you get home.
