Name: Cajun Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. All purpose flour; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Soda Healthy pinch of salt; 2 x Large eggs; 1 lrg Can crushed pineapple Icing; 1 c. Sugar; 1 c. Pecans; 1 stk of margarine; 1 c. Coconut; 1 sm Can of Pet lowfat milk

Ingredientes

2 c. All purpose flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Soda Healthy pinch of salt
2 x Large eggs
1 lrg Can crushed pineapple Icing
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Pecans
1 stk of margarine
1 c. Coconut
1 sm Can of Pet lowfat milk

Direcciones

Mix the cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Icing: Combine sugar, margarine and Pet lowfat milk. Boil for 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in pecans and coconut. Pour over cake.
