  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) chicken livers, thawed & minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. Minced celery
  • 1 x Clove (large) garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1 env onion soup mix
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
  • 1 c. Regular rice, uncooked

Direcciones

  1. In 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook livers, green pepper, celery, and garlic in margarine till vegetables are tender, stirring often. Stir soup mix, water and warm pepper sauce into skillet. Heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 20 min or possibly till rice is tender.
