Receta Cajun Garlic Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. oregano leaves crushed
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cumin

- Tested on 4/25/99. Quite good. Probably would be better using freshly grnd pepper and (maybe) freshly grnd cumin. Used about 1/3+ the quantity of dry granulated garlic instead of fresh garlic - worked fine.. Some heat but not too warm.
- Live high on the hog and enjoy this delicious, lean cut of pork!
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend all seasonings well and rub mix over all surfaces of pork loin. Place pork in shallow roasting pan and roast till meat thermometer inserted in roast registers 155 to 160 degrees F., about 60-90 min. Remove pork from oven; let rest 10 min before slicing.
