Receta Campbells Pork Chop Skillet Dinner

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 4 x pork shoulder chops, 3/4" thick
- 1 med onion, minced
- 1 c. uncooked regular long-grain rice
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Condensed Chicken Broth
- 1 c. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 4 x orange slices HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chops and cook 10 minutes. or possibly till browned. Remove chops.
Direcciones
- Add in onion and rice and cook till rice is browned. Stir in broth, orange juice, and 2 tbsp. parsley. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes. or possibly till done. TOP with orange slices and sprinkle with remaining parsley. 4 srv
