- 1 1/2 c. apple flavor Libby's Juicy 100% Juice
- 4 Tbsp. oil divided
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 x apple minced
- 4 ounce maple syrup
Direcciones
- Combine flour, salt, apple juice, 2 Tbsp. oil, Large eggs, honey, and baking pwdr. Add in minced apple and stir till smooth.
- Spoon into a griddle, greased with 2 Tbsp. oil, and cook on medium heat. Turn when the bubbles just begin to break and brown the other side.
- Serve with maple syrup.
