Ingredients: pastry for a 2 crust pie; 6 x fresh peaches or possibly; 3 1/2 c. canned peaches; 2/3 c. brown sugar; 1/3 c. flour; 3 Tbsp. corn syrup; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1/3 c. margarine

Ingredientes

pastry for a 2 crust pie
6 x fresh peaches or possibly
3 1/2 c. canned peaches
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. margarine

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients except peaches and cook till thickened; cold. Place peach halves in unbaked pastry shell. Pour cooled filling over peaches. Put on lattice crust. Bake at 400F for 35 min.
