Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. nonfat ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. onion very finely chopped
- 2 tsp caraway seed
- 2 tsp paprika

- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Refrigerateseveral hrs, or possibly overnight, to blend flavours.
- Serving Ideas : Spread on thin slices or possibly dark rye or possibly in celery sticks.
- Makes 8 servings, 3 Tbsp. per serving.
