  • 1 green pepper -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 small onion -- grated
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

    Very good coleslaw, and certainly a nice change from the usual. I liked the caraway seeds, which is what piqued my fascination when I first saw the recipe. Leftovers tomorrow - yum!

      I am glad you enjoyed the coleslaw, my wife and take it to cookouts and everyone seems to like it. I know there is none left to take home.
