Ingredients: 3 c. finely shredded green cabbage; 2 c. diced, pared, tart cooking apples; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives; 1 c. cubed cooked ham; 1 c. thinly sliced celery; 1/2 c. mayonnaise; 1 tsp caraway seed; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tsp finely minced chives or possibly green onion

Ingredientes

3 c. finely shredded green cabbage
2 c. diced, pared, tart cooking apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1 c. cubed cooked ham
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp caraway seed
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp finely minced chives or possibly green onion

Direcciones

In a large bowl, toss everything except the last ingredient, till all is well coated. Chill 30 min. Serve with the chive or possibly green onion as a garnish.
