Caribbean Curry Chicken
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp Grace Caribbean Tradition curry powder
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 green onions
- 1 sprig thyme
- 2 oz cooking oil
- 1/2 to 1 cup water
- Salt & Pepper
Direcciones
- Mix curry powder, crushed garlic, sliced onion, thyme and salt & pepper with chicken
- Marinate 15 - 30 minutes or overnight for best results
- Heat oil in skillet, add meat, saute 5 minutes
- Add water as necessary to meat and simmer until cooked
- Serve with rice, steamed veggies or - in our case - roti skins.
