  • 4 x Carrots, coarsely minced
  • 1 stalk , celery, very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. Pecan halves
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Peach or possibly mango chutney
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, toss together carrots, celery and pecans. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, chutney and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour over carrot mix; toss to coat. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately or possibly cover and chill for up to 10 hrs.
