- 1 clv garlic, crushed, peeled, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar or possibly, balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 4 c. grated carrots or possibly
- 2 c. finely grated cabbage
- 2 c. grated carrots
Direcciones
- Stir ingredients together for dressing. Combine dressing with carrots.
- Serve chilled.
