Receta Carrot - Sweet Potato Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. grated carrots or possibly sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add in sugar and oil. Beat large eggs and add in to mix. Add in carrots or possibly sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. Use cream cheese icing.
