- For the Cheddar Drop Biscuits:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold butter, cut into 12 pieces
- 1 cup medium cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
