Ingredientes
- 2 lb Catfish, cut up (up to 3)
- 2 quart Cool water
- 1 x Minced celery stalk Salt and pepper Herbs (bay leaf, parsley, thyme)
- 1 x Sliced onion
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Fat
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients into a stew pan and put on slow fire. Stir occasionally and cook till fish is ready to fall to pcs. Serve warm.
