Receta Baked Catfish

Ingredientes
- 2 x Catfish, (7 to 8-oz) fillets
- 4 ounce Butter
- 4 ounce Dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Finely minced garlic
- 1 tsp Minced cilantro Salt to taste Pepper to taste Paprika
Direcciones
- Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish in oval casserole dish.
- Heat 4 ounces butter in small sauce pan. Add in wine and remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Simmer about 2 min. Remove from heat and spoon over fish. Now sprinkle paprika over fish. Bake fish in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 min, or possibly till the fish is done.
- Yield: 2 servings.
