Receta Cauliflower, Pea And Carrot Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 1 x 750 g pack frzn cauliflower, pea and carrot mix, defrosted
- 1 x 300 g tub fresh four cheese sauce
- 75 gm Breadcrumbs, (3oz)
- 50 gm Cheddar cheese, grated (2oz)
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.
- Place the vegetables in a suitable shallow edged dish.
- Pour over the cheese sauce.
- Mix together the breadcrumbs and grated cheese and scatter over the top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 35 min.
- NOTES : A quick tasty way of using frzn vegetables.
