Receta Celery Sauce For Deep Fried Chicken

Ingredientes
- 2 x Celery stalks
- 3 x Scallion stalks
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 c. Stock
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Cool water
Direcciones
- 1. Slice celery stalks thin. Mince scallions. Place both in a saucepan.
- 2. Add in sherry, soy sauce, oil and stock; bring slowly to a boil.
- 3. Add in deep-fried chicken pcs and simmer, covered, to heat through.
- Remove chicken, leaving liquids in pan.
- 4. Meanwhile blend cornstarch and cool water to a paste; then stir in to thicken. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
